All forms: A mod-soul can have 1 ability that they are able to use when within any host body.
This ability can be things such as: inhanced speed, strength, manipulation (other character manipulation will automatically rejected by this i mean objects, elements, etc), etc

Type: what type of ability is this. i.e. support, manipulation, Creation, etc
Description: Describe in detail the ability

Human/Gigai Form: when is this form you can gain 1 additional ability to use when your characters soul candy is in a human body or gaigai. This ability can be similar to those used by special himans or fullbrings
Ability: What is the name of your ability
Type: what type of ability is this. i.e. support, manipulation, Creation, etc
Description: Describe in detail the ability

Reigai Form: When in this form your character is able to gain 1 ability that is avaiable for the shinigami; i.e. shunpo, shunko, kido, etc.
Ability: What is the name of your ability
Type: what is the type of your ability; i.e. Hado, Bakudo, shunpo, etc
Description: Describe in detail the ability

Your character also gains the ability to wield a zanpakuto that they gain uppon entering a reigai. The zanpakuto is able to support 4 abilities to a maximum level of shikai for the mod-soul's reigai form to wield.
The zanpakuto abilities that can be used in this form however must relate to your characters 'all form' ability.
Example 1; if your character's stuffed toy form has inhanced speed or strength then the zanpakuto abilities will be of the mele type.
Example 2; if your characters stuffed toy form is able to create ice then the zanpakuto abilities will be that of ice as well
