Clothing: Hiei dresses much like you would expect a thirty something business man. Normally always seen in a black suit, his general attire is one of intellect and sophitication. His trousers reach down to just beneath his ankle, covering up the top of this black shoes. The trousers are fitted well, hanging loosely and straight down his leg. The white shirt he wears is normally undone, although if he is trying to make an impression it'll be buttoned up and with a tie reaching down to his waist. Over this he normally wears a black blazer. He is also regulary seen in a leather coat with a grey furry underside, although only if he knows he will spend a lot of time outside. His eye's are always covered by a pair of red tinted sunglasses.
Personality: Hiei. The Shadow Dancer. A man who spends his life in darkness surely burns with the brightest light. Within this man you may find your mortal enemy or your greatest friend.
Hiei is a confident individual in everything he does. From women to fighting the strongest of enemies, Hiei almost oozes with an arrogance that would be misplaced for even the most experienced Captain. In battle, he constantly pushes his opponent to reveal their true strength. He desires to fight people at their strongest, even if they are stronger than him. And even with that difference, he still believes he will walk away the victor. This kind of mentality is spread across all his attributes. If he is after something, he will obtain it.
When first met, he is generally either incredibly cold, incredibly flirtacious or mocking you. This is seemingly a defensive wall that can eventually be broken down. Once this is done Hiei would become a true friend and great ally. Get on his wrong side and you will feel the wrath of a true shadowy demon.
Inner peace. Something Hiei seems to oddly efficient at. At all times he is thinking calmly through the situation, reacting as he sees fit. Due to this he can almost read people like a book. He knows how to push peoples buttons, or how to get on their good side. Capable of making a tough decision at a much faster rate than other people, some consider him a genius while others consider him a mad man. This nature he carries into battle.
He is a man who likes to give into his desires. As such, he is classified as evil by some people. If he desires to kill someone, he shall do it. If he desires to have another by his side, he shall obtain it. Such is the way of this Visored.
If an enemy: Hiei is relentless. He will do anything and everything he can to totally annihilate them. He mocks his opponent constantly whilst calmly and instinctively defending himself, indicating he has been fighting for so long it has become second nature to him. If not in battle, he will still mock them. Insult them. Belittle them.
If an Ally: If he considers you an ally, he will jump in himself to defend you. However, if he feels it would harm those he considers friends, he will let you die.
If a friend: You have a true friend in Hiei. He will die for someone he considers a friend.
If a stranger: If he doesn't know you, no matter what race, and is pulled into battle, he will continuously try and push you. To release your true power within. He is more likely to assist a Shinigami in this way than a Hollow, however.
~Abilities and Skills~Speciality: Zanjutsu Master: Hiei is what people would consider "One with the blade". At such a level he is considered a master of the art. His sheer skill with his Zanpakuto is at a level where Bankai is nearly effortless. That is, if he needs to use it. He is seemingly capable of utilizing his techniques without thought as well, proving that he has truly mastered his Zanpakuto.
Hoho Master: As the former leader of the Omnisukido, Hiei's speed is almost unmatchable. Capable of moving great distances in a single Shunpo at speeds almost unseen, he combines this with his swordplay to create for a very lethal fighter.
Deadly Calm: His mind remains calm in all situations. This is made all the deadlier by combining this with his brilliant mind. He tends to remain a step ahead of his opponents, almost as if he knows what they're doing before they do. He is calm enough to take note of any unusual movements or facial expressions on the target, giving him the edge in a fight.

~Character History~Before Death Arc:- Spoiler:
Life. A waste of time some could say. Others would say it's the greatest experience of all. However, for someone who has lived over a thousand years, that certainly isn't the case. It was merely a moment in time of suffering and death was merely a footstep away.
Hiei didn't live a long life. Heck, he doesn't even remember it now. He spent his early years mostly alone with a wooden sword. He spent his days running around and fighting with his friends in the streets. However, by the age of nine he was in the first real fight for his life. As well as his last. He lost his life to a truly devilish swordsman. His life was short, too short.
After Death Arc- Spoiler:
He awoke as a spirit, no idea about his life or what he was. A limp chain hanging from his chest that signified pain. Days would pass without anything happening before it would eat itself. The feeling almost like the child was having a heart attack. It felt like years before he saw a figure before him. That figure stood there with a smile, placing the back of his sword on the childs head. As this happened, he felt no more pain. He was sent to a place called Rukongai where he spent a considerable amount of time.
Academy Arc- Spoiler:
When he first came to Rukongai as a lone child, he was quickly picked up by a young woman. This woman became his mother, someone whom the young boy became very fond of very quickly. This new life was all he knew about, and his mischievous ways from his previous life seemed to have been completely removed from him. Nature versus nurture you could say. However as the years passed a change began to occur in the youthful body of this spirit. An incredibly potent Reiatsu for someone untrained.
As such he was eventually picked up by a Shinigami of the Gotei 13. Several years had passed yet he had only appeared to age about a year. As such, he was one of the younger Shinigami to be placed into the Academy. He had to prove himself with a test of Reiryoku, a test he passed with flying colors.
However, even with the flying start he wasn't exactly exceptional. His Reiryoku was higher than his class mates, and as such he oozed with a relatively high Reiatsu. However his youthful body wasn't quite capable of performing like a member of the Gotei 13. Yet even with this going against him he eventually mastered the techniques he was being taught. All except Kido, really. After five years, a year lower than the full Academy course, he was promoted to the Gotei 13. He was placed straight into Squad 2, although he wasn't yet assigned a seated position. He was merely a child playing with the grown ups at this point in his life.
Second Division: Working up the Ranks Arc- Spoiler:
Over one hundred years had passed. By this point, he had the physical body of a fourteen year old. And as his body aged, his power grew with it. Rapidly, in fact. By this point he was in a lower seated positions, quickly moving up the ranks as the Captain saw fit. He was eventually being sent to earth to deal with more and more dangerous hollow, and during this time he has released his Shikai. It was with this form that he gained his nickname: Kage Odoriko.
With that he was promoted from the tenth to the fourth seat. He spent the next hundred years in this position, before being promoted to Lieutenant after defeeating the current Lieutenant in hand to hand combat. His apparent "Strongest attribute". And Hiei's power was continuing to grow at an alarming rate, his Captain knew it wouldn't be long before he would begin training for his Bankai. Which is exactly what he did.
Ban-Kai! The Fifth Step- Spoiler:
After gaining the rank of Lieutenant, Hiei continued to train in secret. The reason was quite simple - He desired power. A power stronger than most Shinigami would ever attain. He spent several years learning how to speak and summon his Zanpakuto spirit at will. He demanded the power he desired, and it appeared his spirit had the same ideas as him. To become something great.
During this he was sent on many more missions than what was normally expected. Be it his skill or his Captain wanting to be able to keep an eye on him he wasn't quite sure. What he was sure about was that he would surpass this Captain. His hunger continued to grow. And as it did, his personality became more withdrawn. Almost as if he was being changed into something he wasn't. Or perhaps he was becoming what he always wanted to be. Nobody knew for sure, not even him.
With the thought of surpassing the Captain of the Omnisukido constantly in his mind, he continued his Bankai training with a greater sence of urgency. And as he did, his skill and strength continued to rapidly increase. After fifty more years, he had attained his Bankai. But he wasn't ready to prove himself just yet. He intended to master these abilities.
Arc Six: Bloodlust and Desire- Spoiler:
The days quickly melded into one for this Shinigami. His Reiryoku was approaching the level of Captains, and his ability with his Bankai was proving to be exceptional. He was mastering his weapon at a rate beyond what most would expect. In fact, it took him only a few decades to fully master his Zanpakuto. And with that, his desire took over.
He moved to meet his Captain. It was by this point that he had finally earned the trust of his so called friend. When they met, he requested a spar. A match between just the two of them in a place where nobody could watch them. His Captain accepted, and they moved out on a 'Secret Omnisukido Mission' to Heuco Mundo. There was the issue of opening a Senkai Gate, needing to utilize the abilities of the Twelfth Division. However, with a Captain it was a simple process. A developement arose when they had to take a seated twelfth Shinigami, but that would just have to be dealt with after. Once they entered and the Gate closed, Hiei took the initiative and struck the Shinigami down where he stand. A single sweep across the neck. With that, he turned to his Captain. The movements were to kill, and the Captain quickly responded in kind.
As the battle raged on, Hollow quickly gathered to watch the spectacle. Both swiftly entered their Bankai's, to which Hiei recieved a compliment. Smirking, he spoke a line that would best describe him now. "It doesn't matter what you say. In the end, I will be the one standing over your lifeless corpse."
The battle then got into full swing. A battle of life and death. A truly glorious occasion. As the duel porgressed, it appeared the Captain had the upper hand. How wrong he was. Hiei managed to get in a third slash, speaking the word 'Infest'. The battle was quickly over, an exhausted body lying before Hiei. He watched as the man pleaded for his life. He even said he himself would hand the title of the Omnisukido Leader and Second Division Captain to him. However, that was already a certain. Thrusting his Zanpakuto through his chest and slicing the heart in two, Hiei had achieved his goal. With no way to escape Heuco Mundo, he merely stood in the spot where his Captain died. It didn't take too long for a new Senkai Gate to open.
Out came two Captains, greeted by the sight of a bloody and exhausted Hiei. His hands shaking, Hollows still surrounding the area. "They... They killed him. I tried to save him but I failed... I've kept them at bay for now but I don't know how long I can.." He said before collapsing on the floor. Seemingly feinting through exhaustion. The two Captain dealt with the Hollow before taking Hiei back to Seireitei and moving him to the Fourth Division. There appeared to be a certain level of trauma through the event, but after a few weeks he was quickly clear to assist his Division in their moment of need. His plan had worked.
Captaincy, and a new goal- Spoiler:
A year after the battle, a new Second Division Captain was yet to be elected. It appeared nobody was a suitable candidate. Hiei waited this long before moving towards the Leader of the Gotei 13 with a request to show him his Bankai, and that he was ready to lead his Division. After all, he had been doing it for a year. Accepting this request, Hiei demonstrated his Bankai in front of the Captain Commander and two Captains, being immediately promoted to Captain. At the point, he was around five hundred.
As the years passed, he sent his 'pets' into battles against the Hollow, often encouraging them to try their luck with Menos Class. He wanted them to be all out killing machines, although to those he was manipulating he seemed too good to be true. His way of leading was considered some what twisted, yet his Division were loyal to him. He was a dark and almost evil man, but he could inspire anyone at a moment wim. His leadership skills were exceptional. He was certainly the right man for the job.
By the age of seven hundred he had found his next target. To kill, no. To become the vessel which will allow him to attain his desires, yes. He had an idea. He remembered seeing Shinigami-like figures at Heuco Mundo. With masks upon their face. That suggested to him some form of evolution. Yet the mask almost certainly meant they were Hollow. He needed to study them. To find out what they were. If Hollows had another form, could the Shinigami do the same?
And for this, he needed two men. One, someone who could eventually match him. And he had found this one. A new Shinigami whom he watched him go through the Academy, seeing eachother face to face at times. There was definitely tention from the student, a slight hatred for Hiei perhaps?
It mattered not. By the time he passed, only two years it took in fact, he was sent to the Omnisukido headquarters. Once there, he took it upon himself to defeat the fifth, fourth and third seats with ease. Laughing a little, he himself moved towards the man. With a smirk on his face, he tossed his Zanpakuto to the ground and engaged him in hand to hand combat. The battle was good enough for Hiei, and he decided that it was time to start seeing if this was truly his target.
His next target was an inquisitive mind. His eye targetted on the Twelfth Division. The third seat there had quite the fantastic mind. Perhaps even rivaling their Captain's intellect. Such genius in fact that Hiei took it upon himself to frame him. With a plan so brilliant it couldn't hope to fail.
It is against the law to kill a Human that a Shinigami has not been ordered to kill. A simple plan, but a plan nonetheless. He firstly moved to Central 46, suggesting that he would like a Shinigami to go to the Human World to study Hollow movement patterns. This had been done before, but Hiei suggested a particular Twelfth Division Shinigami to do the job. He said that he believed that the inquisitive mind of the young Shinigami would be just what they needed to get another edge over the Hollow. Every little helps.
And so they accepted. He was sent out for six months to obtain any information abotu Hollow movements that he could. They would be very hard to track, seeing as they could use Garganta. But Hiei suggested they may stick to a particular area. Something many believed to be true. However, this would be a mission that young Shinigami would never forget.
After four months, Hiei returned to Central 46. He bowed his head and said that he had made a mistake. He suggested that the Twelfth Division Shinigami needed to be watched. He hadn't been in contact with any details for the entire four months and could be up to anything. There was almost no evidence that he was even on earth. As such, Hiei asked for a chance to make it right, and send himself to the human world and get him back. They agreed to his plea, and Hiei was sent to the human world for a brief visit.
As he left through a Senkai Gate, he quickly used his immense speed to fly off the radar. He was being tracked, but he couldn't be seen by anyone at least. He saw the Shinigami sitting on a bench, happily watching the humans as they walked by. Moving up to him, Hiei checked the area to make sure nobody was watching. He was free. The kid said hello, Hiei disappeared. The human nearest to the Twelfth Division Shinigami was then sliced straight through the eyes.
"How does it feel to kill a human? Because they will believe me when I tell them that you did this. You could tell them what you've seen, but they will believe I'm telling the truth. The question really is... How much do you want to live? Because you will be killed for this. And only I can save you. Let me use your mind." He said, holding his hand out to the kid. He was near enough wetting himself. Pathetic, albeit he knew that he couldn't talk his way out of this.
The deal had been sealed. Hiei returned to Seireitei with his prize. He informed Central 46 of what had happened, and because Hiei had obtained him himself, he was given the right to execute him. He had to do so in front of two Captains, but he was confident enough that he could put on a show. The coward shook in his boots as made a single swift movement, stabbing into the chest of the Shinigami. So perfectly as to only miss his heart by mere millimetres. The kid collapsed in a heap as the two Captains left Hiei to clean up. Taking him prisoner, Hiei hid him within his own personal quarters. Somewhere nobody dare step.
After another two months, he requested a Shinigami to be sent to Heuco Mundo to study a type of Hollow that took human form. Central 46 agreed to this term, and Hiei sent his Lieutenant with a special package. Nobody at the twelfth division even asked what was in the pile of what appeared to be laundry, Hiei simply stating that it was required for the mission. After his Lieutenant went through the Senkai Gate with the 'package', Hiei went back to his quarters to wait the month for his Lieutenant to return. The plan had just begun. When the Lieutenant was resting, the Twelfth Division Shinigami entered from under all the clothing and entered into the world of Heuco Mundo, to finally discover just how he could become stronger. And all the better yet, his Lieutenant didn't suspect a thing. While he too was on the same mission as the Twelfth Division kid, this would merely be a pointless exercise, seemingly only to gain Hiei's trust.
After two hundred years of his Lieutenant serving under him, Hiei had finally aquired enough information from his resident in Heuco Mundo that he had discovered a little something about the Hollow. Arrancar. Beasts that undertook Shinigamification. If they could gain Shinigami powers, he could gain Hollow powers. And it wasn't only this, the bright mind believed he could cause Hiei and his Lieutenant to undergo a reversal of this process. For them to gain Hollow powers.
Becoming the Beast Arc- Spoiler:
After another fifty years of study, the test was ready. Hiei, his Lieutenant and the Twelfth Division Shinigami all ending up in Heuco Mundo. Hiei had opened one himself, without the aid of the Twelfth Division. They didn't have forever, but they were very far away from where they entered, and Hiei had already broken into Central 46 and destroyed their trackers. But this... This was a fitting place to end his reign as a Shinigami. The first test was, of course, the Lieutenant. He wanted to see what he was about to go up against. The formulation that the scientist had come up with was quite impressive. It was said that a Shinigami's power is their Zanpakuto, and that that the medicine would target the inner world. Or that was what he said. Watching as his Lieutenant fall to madness, he smirked and drunk his own.
The pain was... Impressive. It bought back memories of his spirit chain corroding. Such memories became immediately pointless, however, as he found himself face to face with what could only be described as himself. The two fought, each matching one another blow for blow. After what felt like several hours, there was no clear victor and the battle came to an end. Coming to, Hiei found his Lieutenant had defeated a small army of Hollow. Apparently he had been defended. Letting out a light laugh, a mask shattered from his face. He would have to fight that inner beast again to gain control of these powers, he already knew that. And he needed them.
Final Arc - The Shinigami's End- Spoiler:
He had quickly split up from his Lieutenant. He had served his purpose, and their general dislike for one another was clear. Hiei had initially stayed in Heuco Mundo. It wasn't long before he was taken over completely. This time, however, Hiei was victorious. He defeated his Inner Hollow, and obtained his power.
Upon coming to, he quickly realized that while there were no Hollow around, it was likely that they would come soon. He continued his way through Heuco Mundo before too many Hollow found him. His life as a Shinigami had ended, and now was the age of the Visored.
As the years went by he was likely thought of as dead by the majority of Shinigami. It was very unlikely that even most of the Captains knew the truth. Such things were well hidden, especially if they occured from a higher up. During the last ten years he has appeared on earth, although his movements have yet to be noticed.
RP Sample- Spoiler:
Karakura Town. A pit of a place that many a child calls home. Modern technology was truly an eyesore, and although this town wasn't exactly the world of tomorrow it certainly didn't have any Samurai moving their way through it. Although surprisingly it was still quite loud. Children chatting, cars going by. The birds filling the air with their pretty little song. So irritating.
Letting out a yawn, Hiei leaned forwards from the bench he was sitting at before scratching his head. Looking over the full park, he couldn't help but notice that he didn't give a damn about this place or any of its inhabitants. Heck, he didn't even know why he was there. Right under the Shinigami's radar. But maybe that was the reason itself. After all, that little hint of danger made everything all the more fun. Pushing himself to his feet he made a quick glance to his left, quickly noticing a Shinigami in the human world. A weak one judging by the Reiatsu. Perhaps just about ready to release his Shikai for the first time.
Within a single instant Hiei was behind him, his hand resting on the males shoulder. "...Boo!" he shouted, cackling as he did. The man jumped like a shot, starting to run away instantly. A laugh escaped his lips as he appeared in front of him. "Hahaha! You low ranked Shinigami... I forgot how fun you were!" He said smiling. "Now, before you piss your pants and figure out just who I might be, I want you to remember what is about to happen here. I want you to tell your allies that play time has ended." His voice now cold and malevolent. With those final words, he appeared beside an innocent spirit. With no hesitation, he grabbed hold of her chain of fate and dragged her to the Shinigami. With that, he ripped the chain from her chest, causing her to rapidly become a Hollow. "Go now. You're dismissed.

~Zanpakuto Information~Name: Kuroikiri Shikaku (Black Mist Assassin)
Appearance: In its sealed state, Hiei's Zanpakuto is relatively normal. A black hilt with a sixty centimeter long blade reaching from the top of the hilt. The blades with is around an inch.However, there are a couple of irregularities with it. Firstly, the hilt is covered with a white cloth. Seemingly only for decoration.
Type: Reiryoku
~Shikai Information~Appearance Upon releasing his Shikai, Hiei's Zanpakuto takes on a rather large transformation. It grows another twenty centimeters in length and doubling in width. The hilt changes the most. It changes into a redish black coloring. At the top of the hilt is a pair of teeth which chatter constantly, as well as constantly spewing out a black mist.

Range: The mist fills an area of 10m cubed around Hiei.
Duration: Until Shikai has ended.
Once his Zanpakuto is released and Hiei's Reiryoku flows through it, it begins to release a large amount of thick black mist. This mist cannot be seen through from the outside, and cannot be seen out of from the inside. As such, entering the mist is like entering a completely different battlefield. This mist is the vessel of all Hiei's active abilities.
Ability Name: Keigai (Wreck)
Type: Reiryoku
Range: Long

Keigai is a passive ability which is linked to the Kuroikiri. Whenever the user causes damage with their sword on an opponent, Keigai activates automatically. The black mist from the sword pushes itself into the opponents body through their wounds. While this can only be done from within the black mist, it is highly unlikely Hiei will step out from it, thus making this happen almost constantly. This then begins to cause the "Daraku" effect.
Daraku (Corruption): After receiving three slashes from Hiei's Zanpakuto, this effect becomes very noticeable. Daraku, as the name suggests, begins to corrupt the opponents Reiryoku. It makes it harder for them to use their abilities, thus making their abilities use much more Reiryoku than normal. This creates an accelerated exhaustion effect. The more hits after the third, the more rapid the draining will become. After seven slashes, it is likely that a Captain wouldn't be able to use Bankai due to the strain.
Ability Name: Kageshura (Shadow Dance)
Type: Movement
Range: Anywhere within the mist
Duration: 3 posts / 3 post cooldown after Kageshura has ended.
The Kageshura is Hiei's signature technique. As such, it is one of his most used. Upon activation, the user can become part of the black mist at will. They become an intangible mass which can flow through the mist with perfect precision. Hiei tends to slip in and out of intangibility to create multiple attacks and form almost unreadable attack maneuvers. Thus, the name of the Kageshura was born.
Ability Name: Burikka-dou (Flicker Motion)
Type: Melee
Range: Swing of the sword

The Burikka-dou is essentially a lower level of the Kageshura. Upon swinging the sword, the user can at any time turn their arm and sword into the black mist and change the direction of their attack. However, such a maneuver is dangerous and unforgiving. Using this technique more than twice in a battle will rip the muscles in the arm, leaving it unusable for the rest of the battle.
~Bankai Information~Appearance Once Bankai has been released, all the black mist returns to the sword. After this is done, a large explosion of sheer Reiatsu busts from Hiei's location. This explosion creates considerably more mist than it absorbed. The sword and Hiei do not change at all in Bankai.
Abilities:Ability Name: Oni Kuriokiri (Demon Black Mist) - Shikai Upgrade

Range: The mist fills an area of 30m cubed around Hiei.

Once Bankai is released Hiei's Reiryoku flows through it. Due to a much larger degree of Reiryoku due to this release, an explosion is caused which will push away anyone near him. This mist cannot be seen through from the outside, and cannot be seen out of from the inside. As such, entering the mist is like entering a completely different battlefield. This mist is the vessel of all Hiei's active abilities. Within this mist, anyone besides Hiei has to deal with a lower amount of Oxygen, the mist itself feeding from it. As such, most would quickly feel incredibly 'off' while dealing with this. Extended time spent inside will cause Hypoxia.

Ability Name: Infest (Can't find a Japanese translation =/)
Type: Reiryoku
Range: Anywhere within the Black Mist. Target must be affected by Corruption.
Duration: 3 posts to catch the target.
Hiei's most damaging ability. In order to activate this technique, the target he wishes to use it on must be affected by the Corruption effect and within the black mist. When Hiei speaks the word "Infest", the black mist rises and forms above his head. Then it targets the corrupted victim, chasing them and quickly engulfing them in the mist. The mist then enters the targets body through any possible entry location. Eye's, nose, ears, mouth and even the lower regions are targetted. Once all the Mist is within the opponent, it forces itself out, working much like a Cero from within. This essentially causes the target to become a living bomb. After two posts, the pressure becomes too much and the explosion goes off. If the opponent is hit by this, the damage is severe. It is unlikely that they will be able to continue battle at a level anywhere near where they were performing before. If the target isn't infested within 3 posts, the mist returns to Hiei. This technique can only be used twice per fight.

Airo is an odd technique in application for this Zanpakuto. Odd in the sense it changes the mists form from that of, well, mist, to a black water. The mist changes to this state and falls to the floor, looking almost like tar. The effects of the mist disappear for the duration, although corruption effects still linger. This water becomes the battlefield where Hiei stays. He can cause the water to form into spikes and slash at an opponent standing within it, capable of attacking from eight directions at once, albeit all coming from the floor. These spikes can reach up to three meters. They can also wrap around the opponent if the user so desires, thus making for a trap as well as an attack. After three posts the water rises and forms into the Black Mist once more.

Type: Reiryoku
Range: Hiei's Zanpakuto
Duration: 4 posts - 3 post cooldown after duration.
Hiei places his fingers upon the base of the mouth on his Zanpakuto and speaks the word "Shiryou". The chattering then stops, as the mouth opens fully and sucks up the black mist, removing its abilities from play for the duration. With this, a redish black glow illuminates the blade. Upon every swing, black mist is released around Hiei once more. The mist is initially released as a cero-like attack made towards the opponent before it gathers itself up and returns to Hiei. The cutting power of the Zanpakuto is increased dramatically. This is an incredibly destructive ability, only able to be used twice per battle. After every post, 25% of the black mist is returned to the battlefield.

Personality: Kuroikiri Shikaku is a cold and calculating Zanpakuto spirit, almost to the point that one could almost already consider him an inner hollow. However, his loyalties clearly lie with Hiei. He is quite simply a being who wants to be the greatest assassin to ever live.
In general, he comes across as a bit of an asshole. Much like Hiei himself in fact. Life and death mean nothing to this creature, as long as he is being wielded by someone worthy of his abilities. As such he provides all the power he can give to Hiei in order to be considered the best.
Inner World: Hiei's inner world is quite odd. Quite odd indeed. It is an empty nothingness. Covered with the mist his Zanpakuto represents. Hiei assumes that this is because of the fact he considers his life fulfilled, and therefore has nothing he has to aim for.

~Visored Information~
Mask Appearance: Hiei's mask could be considered relatively normal. Well, for a hollow mask that is. It is plain white, in the shape of a skull covering his face. A single black line goes horizontally across the face.
Mask Duration: ? - Please add for me, as I have no idea what you're expecting.
Additional Abilities:
Strength Augmentation: Once his mask is donned, Hiei's physical prowess is vastly improved. He appears to utilize Hakuda a lot when his mask is used due to this enhancement.
Reiryoku Augmentation: Upon donning his mask, Hiei's Reiryoku is then Augmented by Hollow Reiryoku. As such, his Reiatsu becomes a lot more intense.
Hollow Abilities:
Cero: Hiei gains the ability to use Cero when his mask is donned.

Weaknesses:
Only ranged technique is Cero.
Personality becomes more reckless. He tends to react on instinct rather than his calm persona when in this state.

Personality: Ieih is a rather malevolent being, more evil and twisted than even Hiei could ever hope to be. He is a true sadist, craving the cut of a blade upon his skin. To slice away across the neck of his enemies. To the point where it almost turns into a lustful obsession. And that is essentially it. He is a killing machine. Nothing more, nothing less.
