Clothing: refer to picture. Dresden also wears a pitch black hooded cloak that falls to his feet. The hood is usually kept on to hid his face and prevent eye contact with strangers. Even with the cloak almost past his feet, Dresden is able to move surprisingly quick.
Personality:Dresden is an introvert to the very last letter. He is quiet, reserved and rarely talks to people, preferring to be left alone. He has had few friends in his life, which helped him stay out of trouble and live a peaceful life. By being so tuned to the sounds and movements around him Dresden is able to avoid most contact with people. When working or using guns, his personality changes and he is no longer clumsy and is able to execute all actions with the utmost precision. When his mask is donned, Dresden's personality changes again, and slowly becomes darker and more of a sadist, and will torture his opponents until satisfied.

~Character History~Before Death Arc:Dresden was born into a upper-middle class family. Being an only child, he was given attention 24/7 and the best of services. With this kind of upbringing, Dresden was able to excel in most manners of life, except when it came to physical activity. This started the bully. Not wanting their son to feel bad about his physical strength, his parents decided to pull him out of school and hire professional teachers to home school him. This only made the bully worse, and Dresden started to sink into himself wanting to only be left alone. Graduating high school at the age of 17, Dresden went on to further his education at a local university. Four years later he had once again graduated and felt that there was nothing left to do in his hometown. Deciding to leave his hometown and find a place where nobody knew him, Dresden did the one thing that shocked everybody; he joined the army.
Upon entering the army, Dresden failed the physical strength test and was saved by his amazing result with long range weaponry. With this over-whelming success, Dresden was moved to the sniper division where we once again greatly excelled. During the time he wasn't training, Dresden played with the other weapons that the army had available and within a couple of years knew the ins and outs of every weapon he could get his hands on. By the end of his training, Dresden was the top sniper in his class and gained the nickname Hawkeye.
At the age of 23, Dresden Hawkeye was shipped to the Middle East in order to provide cover fire for a high risk mission. This was the last time anyone ever heard from him, because on the second day of the mission, a double agent planted a bullet into his skull.
After Death ArcHis time in the Rukongai was more or like what it had been what it had been in the human world. Not knowing anything but his two names, he wandered the many districts in Rukongai trying his best to avoid others, even though they were not so inclined to do the same. The only occasions when Dresden decided to talk to others as when he couldn't find food or needed a place to stay.
In order to escape the insanity of the Rukongai districts, Dresden took up meditation. Through meditation, Dresden was able to section of a part of his mind to stay aware to the outside world and slowly developed his hearing to the point where he was sensitive to even the slightest sound. He also learned how to sense other's reaitsu around him, however he was still better at pin-pointing a person's location through sound instead of their reaitsu. It wasn't long after this that Dresden was admitted into the Academy for Shinigami.
Shinigami ArcDuring his time in the academy, Dresden was picked on for is lack of close combat skills and clumsiness with the sword. He would often drop the sword when blocking a strike with lots of force behind it and loss his own balance when striking back, often making a fool out of himself. However when it came to Kido, the story was different. Dresden was able to cast most spells with little practice and able to hit the farthest of targets, something that had stayed with him from his human days. Dresden was both admired and bullied. His advancement to graduation was slowed because of his in-ability to fight with a sword, but none the less he was able to graduate and was accepted into the 12th squad, and made helped the division make new discoveries and improvements with equipment that was used throughout the Gotei.
During his time in the squad, Dresden was able to meet his zanpakuto's spirit and gain access to his shikai which came in the form of two combat pistols. Within moments his fighting demeanor changed. Dresden was no longer clumsy, but instead calm and moved with speed and precision. His attacks no longer missed more than half the time but instead found their mark cleanly and with little effort. He had reverted back to the person he was when training with guns during his army days. Yet this side of Dresden would only appear with the activation of his shikai.
With this new ability, Dresden was able to climb through the ranks much faster than when he was in the academy, but was still slower than the rest of his colleagues. Eventually, Dresden was able to acquire the rank of the 3rd seat, where he would stay until he learned to summon his Bankai. It was during a training session with Lockon when Dresden discovered his Bankai. When Dresden achieved his Bankai,it was not in its true form, instead it was one of the military issued sniper rifles he had used in the army. It was near the end of the training session when Lockon was coming in for a close attack, that Dresden witnessed his rifle changed into a twin barrel shotgun, and realized that his Bankai was the transformation type. It wouldn't be for a few more days that he would realized that his thoughts were the key to changing his Bankai's form. Because Dresden didn't like to work in groups, very few people knew what his shikai looked like, and even fewer knew about his Bankai, so it came to a shock when he was promoted to Captain of the 12th Division after the death of the former captain who had died in battle. From the day of his appointment on-wards, people started to get suspicious that Dresden had a hand in the captain's death as well as the death of a human. It was shortly after this incident that the captain of the 2nd Division approached him with a proposition; create a medicine for him or be ruined. Not knowing anything else, Dresden decided to make the thing, considering he had nothing to lose, and it was matter of time before being kicked out. It took a couple of months of research and a year of tests before it was down. Three shoots of the stuff, only though he was asked to create two, the third being for himself.
It wasn't long after the completion of the drug, that Dresden and the Captain and vice-captain of the 2nd Division went to Hueco Mundo to test the drug on the vice-captain. He watched as the drug took effect. Ten minutes in like he planned, just enough time for one to get worried and doubt. When everything was over, the three of them went through Hueco Mundo, where he would later be stabbed by the vc to clean up "loose ends," and would inject himself with the third vial that he had kept secret from them.
Short Vizard ArcEver since that betrayal, Dresden has been wandering Hueco Mundo, and the human world, avoiding contact with others, especially from the two who gave him his first death. Getting used to this new power was his top priority as well as its limits and capabilities.
RP SampleThe transformation was painful, but the pain was the farthest thing from his mind. What Dresden was focused on was the head and multiple eyes poking out of a red mist, that was sitting in the middle of Lockon's sanctuary. "You are you?" Dresden demanded as he raised on of the combat pistols.
"I am you, but you may call me El Rey." "Then I am going to need you to leave El Rey" Dresden replied, while firing three shots of simultaneously. What happened next surprised Dresden. The bullets went into the mist, and within moments of them going in, they came back out and struck Dresden in both shoulders and his left leg. "What?! How?!" He cried in disbelief as he fell to his right knee.
"You are quite naive Dresden. Anything that comes into this mist will come back out towards its attacker. Now shall we have a calm discussion?" Dresden raised his arm once again this time through sheer determination to banish El Rey. He fired two more shots at the mist, not taking the time to think about the fact that he was just told. At the rate that this was going, Dresden would die before the transformation was complete. El Rey though would prevent this from happening, for he wished to continue to torment his poor host.

Personality: Cruel, cold and cunning, is the perfect way to describe El Rey. He will torture his opponent till they beg for death and then just leave them to be. He loves to fight unlike his cowardly host who would prefer to be left alone. El Rey tends to take over Dresden's personality the longer the mask is donned.
