Ability: The globe takes reishi detected by the user and stores the unique particles within the globe. The user identifies the aspects of which the reishi base belongs too, teleporting the user, accompanied or not, to the base location. (Hueco Mundo, a certain City, Seireitei, etc.) Or to that certain signature. Cannot be used in battle.

Inquiry; among the other created items I view upon here, payment isn't dictated upon approval, though simply approved. Why am I the only one, at 100 points, for an item already created through In Character Role Play?

yea since the rule has been created no-one has made anyhting for the area.

now its inplay... sooooooo let me see... how about a 50% reduction in points cost since its the first one after the rules
