 | The South Quarters of the Seireitei is home to the 1st Division, 3rd Division and 10th Division barracks. Like every other section of the Seireitei, the South Quarters are made of spirit reducing stones. The stone also help to form a spherical barrier around the city which stops anything spiritual from breaching it.
