Mask Appearance:

Enhanced Parameters: (While your mask is in use you get an increased in strength, speed, and endurance. The boost is enough to turn the tide of battle, but nothing major. Up to two [depending upon your rank] of these may be significantly boosted, however, upon the application of your mask. )
Hollow Abilities:
(Select 1-3 Hollow abilities [this will be determined based upon the amount of time you can have your mask on, and your rank] you would like to have. Bala, hierro, Gran Rey Cero, Cero Oscuras, and specialty Garganta techniques are NOT allowed. Cero is a stock ability, so don't bother listing it. An Enhanced Cero [not talking like a Gran Rey, but something better than your average cero. This cero may also be customized to look or act differently than a normal cero] or Acidic Touch is welcome. )

Release Looks:
Special Ability: (This is something that may be a passive ability or it may be an offensive or even defense one. Similar to how Toshiro's Zanpakuto freezes water, or Byakuya can control Senbon with his hand, and how Tia could create water. If you don't have one, it's fine.)
*Passive Abilities* (Abilities that are typically not toggled. These are typically defensive based or passive. May have access to Bala. Also note that you may have up to 5 Passive Abilities. Sonido, bala, cero, and hierro need not be listed, however they can be elaborated upon if you REALLY feel it is needed.)
*Active Abilities* (Abilities that are toggled. These can range from passive, to offensive, to defense based. You may have up to 6. Be sure to stick with your ZANPAKUTO'S element. I.e.
